Download Marmalade’s app today to start driving the car specified on your New Driver Insurance (Family car) policy. You will need to enter your policy number and date of birth the first time you log in.
Make sure you register every journey you make to ensure that insurance is in force every time you drive the car. It’s easy to do – just click “Start journey” before you start every journey!
The Marmalade Drive App can only be accessed (i.e. logged in to) in conjunction with a Marmalade insurance policy. A condition of the insurance policy is that drivers must log each journey using the Marmalade app. The app uses GPS to log the starting time and location of a journey. The journey itself is recorded by a fitted telematics unit that comes as part of the insurance policy. The app does not record the journey. The location logged on the map is matched to the journey recorded on the telematics unit in the car to match drivers with journeys.
